This is a version of 10th century Viking sword, blade is hand forged from 1060 carbon steel and tempered. The blade has wide fuller to make it well balanced, comes with wooden scabbard covered with leather and has steel mountings. Pommel and guard are steel and handle is wood covered with leather.
